On 28 August 2025, I had the privilege of joining the Vietnamese Women's Association in NSW at their weekly meeting in Cabramatta. I want to take this opportunity to acknowledge the incredible work and lasting impact this Association has made in my electorate and beyond. For decades, they have been a pillar of strength, empowering women, preserving Vietnamese culture and heritage, and supporting the community since the earliest days of Vietnamese settlement in Australia. I also had the pleasure of presenting my Community Recognition Statements to a number of outstanding members, recognising their quiet but lasting contributions to those in need. Additionally, I was pleased to announce their successful application of the Community Building Partnership Grant. This funding will go towards new sound equipment for their regular meetings and activities, enhancing members' well-being and lifestyle. My heartfelt congratulations to the Association on their successful grant application. I sincerely thank President Ms Anh Linh Pham for the kind invitation and warm welcome. I look forward to continued collaboration and to witnessing more great work ahead.
