I would like to recognise Mrs Khamkhoune Phimsiprasom for her exceptional leadership and contributions to the Lao community in my electorate and beyond. Mrs Phimsiprasom arrived in Australia with her family in 1978. She has since become a pilar of the Lao community through her various leadership roles with the Lao Community Advancement Co-op (LCAC). She is one of the founding members of LCAC, serving as a member of the Board of Directors, and as Director for Lao Culture. Throughout her 12 years of service, Mrs Phimsiprasom has made a remarkable and lasting impact, particularly through her selfless efforts to advance the Lao community and promote Lao culture and heritage. On behalf of our Local community, I extend my heartfelt thanks and appreciation to Mrs Phimsiprasom for her outstanding service.
