Mr. Maha Inpeng Boutsaba, distinguished by his title of "Maha," which signifies the highest level of Buddhist religious studies in Laos, is a venerated figure within the Laos community in my Cabramatta Electorate. On behalf of the community, I extend my heartfelt appreciation to Mr Maha Inpeng Boutsaba for his lifelong service and his significant contributions to maintaining Lao's religious and cultural heritage within my electorate and beyond.
