On 2 August 2024 I had the privilege of attending the school assembly of the Mary Immaculate Catholic Primary School located in Bossley Park, which provides a leading faith‑based and quality education in the Cabramatta electorate. I also had the opportunity to announce to the principal, Ms Bev Coffey, and the school the success of its Community Building Partnership application, which will go towards installing bottle fillers and drinking fountains with Indigenous art panels. I was impressed by the speeches that the student leaders and school principal made and all the well-mannered students. I look forward to returning to the school in the near future to witness the completed bottle fillers and drinking fountains, and to celebrate its success and achievements. I also take the opportunity to thank the staff, teachers, parents and local students for their hard work and contributions to our community and for making my visit a wonderful occasion. I wish them success and joy in their future endeavours.
