Recently I had the pleasure of visiting Fairfield Bulls Football Club at Nineveh Stadium in my electorate of Cabramatta, a proud and passionate community club with a long history of supporting local football talent. During my visit, I had the opportunity to announce the club's successful application for a Community Building Partnership grant. The grant will go towards the much‑needed upgrade of the playing surface at Nineveh Stadium through the installation of a better drainage system. Improved drainage will ensure the field remains safe and playable throughout the year, reducing game cancellations and providing a better experience for players, coaches and spectators alike. Fairfield Bulls FC has recently seen a significant rise in female participation. It is encouraging to see more women and girls getting involved in football, and I hope the investment in infrastructure will support continued growth in participation across all age groups and genders. I look forward to witnessing the club's continued success in the seasons ahead.
