On 1 August 2025 I had the honour of hosting the Cabramatta Christian Community Forum at Our Lady of Mt Carmel, Mount Pritchard. The special event recognised the significant role and contribution of the Christian community to my Cabramatta electorate. Christianity plays an important role in the family and in communities. The forum brought together Christian leaders and representatives from many major churches in Cabramatta and dioceses across Sydney and New South Wales. We shared a meaningful time of respectful dialogue, mutual understanding and discussion of important issues relevant to the churches and their parishioners. We also had the honour of having Premier Chris Minns as our special guest. His presence added great significance and meaning to the forum. I extend my deepest gratitude to all Christian leaders and representatives for their support and participation, as well as Our Lady of Mt Carmel for providing the venue and dedicated support throughout the event.
