Bonnyrigg High School, guided by relieving Principal Ms Kim Allford, is recognized for its commitment to academic excellence and leadership development. The Tri Vo Leadership Awards, were given to students by me, with the aim to honour those who have demonstrated exemplary leadership qualities. Construction of Bonnyrigg High School commenced in 1960 and was completed in 1969 when E Block was constructed. The first 360 students were moved into classes in March 1961 after boarding at Cabramatta High School during 1960. Mr C Westlake was the founding Principal. In the latest awards ceremony, the deserving recipients were acknowledged for their outstanding leadership across various year levels: Year 7: Ruby Nguyen; Year 8: Celine Ablou; Year 9: Henry Vo; Year 10: Dahlia Issa; Year 11: Nia Hagarty. These students epitomize the school's dedication to nurturing well-rounded individuals who not only excel academically but also exhibit exceptional leadership skills.
