I recognise AusViet Charity Foundation [AVCF] for its outstanding contributions to both our local and international communities. Their motto is "Together we bring Hope and Health". With a mission to provide hope and improve health for disadvantaged ethnic minority communities and those in remote areas of Vietnam, in 2015, a group of passionate Australian medical professionals of Vietnamese descent with over 30 years of volunteering experience joined forces to form the organisation. The tireless efforts and commitment of AVCF have made a meaningful difference, enhancing the lives of many both locally and abroad. On 30 June 2024 I had the privilege of joining my local community in supporting AVCF's great cause at their fundraising dinner. It was inspiring to see the dedication and generosity of everyone involved. On behalf of our local community, I extend my gratitude to Dr Phuoc Vo and AusViet Charity Foundation and its remarkable team for their dedication and service.
