I express my sincere gratitude to the Western Sydney Young Labor Association for extending an invitation to join them at the meeting in Cabramatta on the 26th February 2024. It was a pleasure to engage with the young members, and I thoroughly enjoyed our enriching exchanges of stories, perspectives and ideas. Interacting with passionate and driven young leaders reaffirms my belief in the bright future of Western Sydney. The dedication to shaping positive change and the commitment to community empowerment are truly commendable. The energy and enthusiasm the members brought to the table are inspiring, and I have no doubt that with young individuals like these at the centre of the Young Labor movement, Western Sydney is in capable hands. The camaraderie and friendship that filled the gathering underscored the strength of the collective vision and the shared commitment to advancing the interests of our community.
